Our contested purchase prices are made available to all our members. By pooling purchases from companies of different sizes, we also give smaller companies access to the best contracts on the market. Membership is risk-free, low-cost and flexible – we don’t tie membership in terms of money or time.

OUR PROCUREMENT IDEA DELIVERS IMMEDIATE COST SAVINGS

We have negotiated contract prices directly with manufacturers, taking advantage of the purchasing volumes of over 600 of our members. Our contracted products are delivered to our members on a logistics fee model – with no wholesaler fee. Our business model delivers extensive cost savings from the first order. In addition, we actively seek and compete for cost-effective products to meet our members’ needs. This means that members do not have to actively monitor and compete for procurement themselves, but rather Procurement Union does it on behalf of its members.

Our logistics partner has decades of experience with the logistical needs of companies in the horeca sector. We have also taken into account the carbon footprint and indirect costs. Daily consumables are delivered centrally through a single contract supplier.
